General terms and conditions

The registration fee includes breakfast, food and beverages during coffee breaks and lunch time. Also included is a dinner on June 25th and June 26th as well as an accommodation for 2 nights.

It is also possible to arrive a day in advance if you have a long journey. If you would like to arrive on June 24th, there will be additional costs for accommodation and food.

Payment

After registration we will send you an invoice with our bank details. Please do not transfer the fee until you have received the invoice. Unfortunately, we cannot accept credit cards or payment via Paypal, etc.
